With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Watson (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Wright (Fielding) and Harold Wright; her stepparent Ferris Beard; her siblings, Lawrence Wright Sr. (Lucinda) and Patricia A. Thomas (William); and her grandson Brandon Mitchell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Mitchell of Carlisle, PA and Julieta Watson of Harrisburg, PA; her grandchildren, Brittany Mitchell of Hummelstown, PA, Bryan Mitchell of Harrisburg, PA, Tre Banks of Middletown, PA, Mila Champ and Imani Champ; her brother Father Gerald Wright; and her granddaughter Chelsea Mitchell of Harrisburg, PA. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, nieces, cousins, "adopted children".
At her daughter's home in Carlisle, PA, after a brave battle with Alzheimer's, Catherine peacefully transitioned to meet her Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 2, 2023.
