Peters (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wilkes and Myrta Mae Wilkes (Musselman). She is survived by: her son William Kyle Peters; her daughter-in-law Julia Reed; her brothers, Mark and John Wilkes; and her sister-in-law Dawne Wilkes. She is also survived by her family as a loving mother, and sister.
