He is survived by: his parents, Logan Blouch and Marissa Blouch (Bartorillo); his great-grandparents, Ann Bartorillo, Leroy Dinger, Orville, Frances Hetrick, Russell and Virginia Blouch; his great-uncle Wayne McHenry; his cousin Anthony Pena; his grandparents, Samuel F., Tammy Bartorillo, Scot and Deborah Blouch; his great-grandparents, Samuel J. Bartorillo, Sallie Dinger, Leona and Dennis Behney; his uncle Zachary Melhorn (Kim); his aunts, Alexis Baird (Zachary) and Margaret Cooke (Andrew); and his cousins, Therron Melhorn, Joseph Baird, Hannah and Connor Cooke.
