He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Mildred Smith (Jones); his wife Joan F. Smith; his daughter Brianna Smith; and his sister Lorraine Yetter.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley W. Smith (Abby) and Bethany W. Clark; his grandchildren, Shawn Clark (Allie), Meghan Kisner (Bryan), Zachary Smith, Cameron Carey and Brennan Smith; his great grandchildren, Chase Clark, Emerson Clark, Scarlett Smith, Fischer Smith, Rose Smith and Harrison Smith; and his siblings, James Smith (Helen), Robert Smith (Jeannette) and Sheila Berkebile (Dale).
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory (88 Lucy Ave, Hershey, PA 17033). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
