He is survived by: his wife Deb Forney; his mother Phyllis Forney; his children, Randy Forney (Rosalyn Keller) of Oberlin, Christopher Singley (Natalie) of Reading, Hannah Reed (Carlos Matias) of Harrisburg and Nicole Underkoffler (Shane) of Williamstown; and his grandchildren, Landen Reed, Adrianna Thompson, Elijah Thompson, Cayden Singley, Sophia Singley, Noah Singley and Raelyn "Tut Tut" Forney.
