She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stoner and Patricia Stoner of Harrisburg; her husband Scott Wise (Albert Russel III); her brother Danny Stoner; and her pet Lucky.
She is survived by: her daughter Samantha; her siblings, Joseph Ortiz, Elwood "Bill" Wetzel and Carrie Stoner; and her grandsons, Joshua Stermer, Seth Russell and Liam Russell. She is also survived by children, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
