He was predeceased by: his stepfather Ronald F. Vitale. He is survived by: his mother Rae A. Vitale (Shay); his sisters, Lynne Vitale, Barbara Vitale and Tina Vitale (Walter Ream); his uncles, Richard Shay (Alice) and Jim Shay; and his aunt Ruth Frey. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, 11 great-nieces and nephews, and a host of beloved cousins.
