Beverly Waters Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Waters (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hartley Sr. and Sara Appleberry Hartley Splawn; her brothers, Ronald Appleberry and Harold Hartley; and her stepbrothers, John and Roger Splawn.

She is survived by: her stepfather John F. Splawn; her children, Earl Waters, Jr. Tanya Waters (Deborah Reeves-Waters), Dwan Waters and Kenneth Waters (Faye Menard-Waters); her siblings, Samuel Hartley Jr., Joseph Hartley, Charles Splawn, Charlotte Splawn Glover, Patricia Splawn Brown and Cynthia Splawn; and her granddaughters, Danielle Smith, Melanie Waters Broussard, Marina Waters, Taylor Waters, Tyrah Waters and Yariel Arter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
