Keys of Norfolk, VA; her granddaughter Sophia M. Gross of Norfolk, VA; her husband Russell R. Keys Sr. of Harrisburg, PA; and her siblings, Thomas A. Franklin of Harrisburg, PA, Felipe L. Franklin of Harrisburg, PA and Phyllis J. Thomas-Franklin of Harrisburg, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
