It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty McAdoo (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Noel Green; her children, Robert, Hashim and Husan Mcadoo; and her sister Edna Durham. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and host of relatives and friends.
