She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Sourbeck and Sarah E. Sourbeck (Bottdorf). She is survived by: her husband Max P. Bartlebaugh, Jr.; her sons, Alan Tate (Allen Snoke) and Max P. Bartlebaugh III (Kim); her son-in-law Paul Minsker; and her caregiver Tracy Batug. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
