He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Keith and Wilhelmenia Roach Keith; his grandparents, Willie and Matilda Prioleau Roach; and his daughter Yolanda Michelle Roach.
He is survived by: his family, Zweibrucken, Tehran and Georgia; his wife Catherine Parham Roach; his sons, Vernon Roach (Karina) of Vilseck, Reginald Roach Sr. (Kymberli) of Harrisburg, PA and Shawn Mosley of Harrisburg, PA; his sister Janie Phillips (Anthony) of Steelton, PA; his grandchildren, Lakesha Baugh (John) of Tampa, FL, Ashante Roach, Dashawna Roach, Aiden Roach, Reginald Roach Jr., Rylan Roach, Reyna Roach, Ra'Mel Mosley, Sha'Day Mosley of Harrisburg, PA and La'toya Mosley of Fort Wayne, IN; his great grandchild Ellie Baugh of Tampa, FL; and his aunt Janie Gayle of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beulah Baptist Church (100 Livingston St, Steelton, PA 17113). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
