We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, Arlene Anderson (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Arlene farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Arlene is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore R. Woodward and Mary Adley Woodward; her son Zachary M. Anderson; and her brothers, James Woodward, John Woodward and Floyd Woodward.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Anderson of Michigan, Joni Cooksey, Pearl Lumpkin, Angel Johnson, Linda Avery and Carrie Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forever Missed Memorial. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Outreach Fellowship (2205 Swatara St, Harrisburg, PA 17104).
