We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023, at the age of 45, April Heather Duncan of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Mease; and her half-sister Ashley Mease. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Vogel (Rishar); her husband Seth Duncan; her children, Tyler M. Duncan, Madison E. Duncan and Preston I. Duncan; her stepfather Richard R. Vogel; and her stepsister Sarah Vogel.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Speranza Animal Rescue in honor of April at 1216 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
