She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Leo and Joyceann Wolf Leo. She is survived by: her husband Leonard S. Fetchko; her children, Michael L. Fetchko, Alexis M. Fetchko and Andrea L. Fetchko of Broomfield, CO; and her siblings, Michele Paese, Bonnie Myers and Tim Leo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
