He was predeceased by: his parents, Camden Lloyd Williams and Dorothy Viola Williams (Lynch); his former wife Patricia A. Williams (White); his brother Richard Williams; and his sister-in-law Diane Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Paulk; his daughter Toni M. Roitz (Stephen); his grandchildren, Beth Ferrie (Bradley), Katelyn Bellisimo (Gino) and Kelly Norquest (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Scarlet R. Ferrie, Grayson P. Ferrie, Stella B. Ferrie, Giana M. Bellissimo and Aria J. Bellissimo; his siblings, Nancy Houk (Williams) and Steven Williams (Barb); his stepson Jeff Becker (Lauri); his stepgrandsons, Travis Becker (Briana) and Jacob Becker; his stepdaughter Rebecca Gibbs (Chris); and his stepgrandchildren, Nate and Jesse Gibbs. He is also survived by his family and friends.
