He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Pajak and Martha Gibes Pajak. He is survived by: his wife Carole Cavanaugh of Harmony, PA; and his children, Anne Annis (Michael), Joseph Pajak, Jeanne Pajak, Michael Pajak (Heather), Christopher Pajak (Sky), Timothy Pajak (Kathryn), Katharine DeVore (Patrick) and James Pajak. He is also survived by his 7 grandsons, 5 granddaughters, and 3 great-grandsons.
