She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Frishkorn and Stella Frishkorn (Burr); her husband E. Lewis Mullenax; and her brother Dale Frishkorn of Zelienople. She is survived by: her niece Deb Smith (Jim) of Evans City; her great-niece Heather Williams (Jon) of Cranberry Township; her sisters, Eilene Budisky of Harmony and Arlene Cameron of Harmony; and also, Lexi, Emma and Taylor. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
