He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubert Stinebiser and Edna Stinebiser (Uhl); and his siblings, Rubert, Jr., Richard, Lois DiNardo, Donna Haynal and Joanne Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Judy O'Connor; his daughter Kimberly (Douglas Brannock); his grandson Justin Kemp of Johnstown; and also, Harmony and Robert, Jr. (Shirley McCreary).
