He is survived by: his sons, Richard Jr. (Jennifer), Joseph, Michael (Martha), Donald, Ronald (Belinda) and Robert (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Richard III, Joanna, Sarah, Eric and Tia; his great grandchildren, Robert and Breanna; and his siblings, Chuck Phillips, Leroy Bunyan, Diane Williams, Patty Knoll and Catherine Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
