She was predeceased by: her parent Orville Smith. She is survived by: her parent Anne Smith (Williamson); her spouse Jacob C. Chammings; her son Jacob T. Chammings; and her brother Paul Smith (Phyllis Smith) of Alpha. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
