It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray E. Gallagher of Harmony, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ray E. Gallagher to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gallagher and Vera "Fay" Gallagher (Dindinger); his wife Carol D. Gallagher (Shepel); and his siblings, Vera Gallagher and Claire Gallagher.

He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Shaffer (Ken) of Monaca; his grandchildren, Justin and Jesse Shaffer; and his brother John Gallagher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
