He is survived by: his wife Mary Susi Bevilacqua; his children, Patricia Bevilacqua Henry of Economy and Fernando Bevilacqua; his grandchildren, Christopher Henry (Karen) of Oshkosh, WI, Anthony Bevilaqua (Amy) of Coraopolis and Marina Bevilaqua of Baden; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Henry.
