He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Mullenax and Velma L. Lambert Mullenax; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Liz" Gallagher and Jesse Mullenax. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Frishkorn Mullenax; his sister JoAnn Neal of Prospect; and also, Lexi, Emma and Taylor. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
