He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kosela Maytic; his children, Leonard Maytic and Misti Maytic Corbett; his grandsons, Jordan Corbett (Natalie) of Henderson, Gunnar Corbett of Henderson and Braden Corbett of Henderson; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Kathy Maytic; and his sisters, Deborah Eichenberg and Rosemary Kosela. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
