He is survived by: his parent Nevada Hall Kelly; his wife Laurie Guillard Kelly; his daughter Tiffany Lynn Shannon of Carey, OH.; his siblings, Burton Kelly (Lory) of Slippery Rock and Debbie Croup (John) of New Castle; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Croup, Sarah Croup, Burton Kelly, Timmy Kelly and Michael Guillard; his father-in-law Robert Guillard (Betty Black); and his brother-in-law Robert Guillard Jr..
