He is survived by: his wife Elaine Justi Rall; his son Terry Rall (Kim) of Harmony; his grandchildren, Bryan Rall, Casey Rall Schneider (Brian), Kenny Rall and Keven Rall; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Grace Schneider.
