She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica Lach and Simon Lach; her husband William Neely (Bill); her daughter Jane Polm (Rusty); and her siblings, Stanley Lach, Adam Lach, Anthony Lach, Domicella Lach (Sally), Regina Lach and Clara Lach.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Hastings (Douglas), Jacqueline Idzakovich (Edward), James Neely and Mary Jo Cohen (Michael); her son-in-law David Polm; her grandchildren, Amy Hill (Mark), Douglas Hastings (Rhonda), Kelly Neely, Danielle Neely and Caroline Cohen; and her great grandchildren, Xander Hill, Madalyn Hill, Parker Hill and Jocelyn Hastings.
