He is survived by: his wife Carol Danner Baney; his children, Leslie Owens (Gary) of Sherman, NY, Barbara Buchanan (Bob) of Harmony, James Baney III of Zelienople and Rich Baney (Audrey) of Butler; and his sister Kathy Puskar. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
