He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Lazzaretti and Carolina Cetto Lazzaretti; and his wife Helena Smith Lazzaretti. He is survived by: his siblings, Gino (Julia Lazzaretti) and Anne (Walter Drewnowski); his stepmother Bianca Moser Lazzaretti; his parents-in-law, George and Opha Bryant Smith; his nephews, Mark Roby and Jim Smith; his daughters, Rebecca Cottrell, Lisa (Stan Phillips) and Judith (Roger Spurlock); his great grandchild James Follmer; his sister-in-law Judith Mansell; and also, James (Gwendolyn Smith), Kenneth (Doris Smith), Ann (Ray Roby), Margaret "Betty" (Howard Petrie) and Thomas Mansell. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and their children.
