With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene M. John (Harmony, Pennsylvania), born in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 25, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bismark A. John and Anna Jurysta John; and his brother George "Chesty" John (Mary). He is survived by: his former wife Eva John; his children, JoAnn Stadtfeld (Scott), Paula Guido (John), James John (Ann), Nancy Grech (Raymond), Carly Starrett and Joseph John; his grandchildren, John Guido IV, Marisa, Kate, Abigail Guido, Shane, Shaunna Stadtfeld and Eugene; and his siblings, Anthony John (Cathy), Agnes Rearick (Ronald), Mary Lou Hamilton, Mark John (Janice), Irene Fritz (John), Gregory John (Arlene) and Rebecca Godofsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made in honor of Eugene may be made to VAPHS-Heinz, 1010 Delafield Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15240-1005, ATTN: Sue Pataky, MC 122C-A. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, Inc., 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063.
