She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward W. Brandt and Florence McElwain Brandt; her former husband Charles Scheidemantle; and her brother William Brandt. She is survived by: her husband Harry A. Brain; her children, Larry E. Scheidemantle (Julia) of Fredonia, PA, Janet E. Galat (Gary) of Portersville and Sharon L. Lutz (John) of Ellwood City; and her brother James Brandt (Beverly) of New Castle. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
