She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Rice and Sylvia N. Rice (Barkley); her close friend Lloyd "Neial" Mack; her son John C. Leasher, Jr.; and her brothers, Charles Rice and Robert Rice, Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Barry Leasher, Sue Leasher, Bob Leasher (Danene) and Bill Leasher (Irene); her daughter-in-law Susan K. Leasher; her grandchildren, Terri Jo, Nicole, Jeremy, Jennifer, Brian, Brett, Billy, Jessica, Andrew, Crystal and Dan; and her sister Betty Laberdee. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
