Donald Philip Hoffmann Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Philip Hoffmann of Harmony, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Hoffmann and Margaret C. Hoffmann; and his son Eric Hoffmann. He is survived by: his wife Jane Carroll Hoffmann; his children, Donald F. Hoffmann (Kelly) of Connoquenessing, Barbara Smith (James) of Arkansas, Daniel Smirga of Trafford and Jaclyn Smirga of Harmony; his grandchildren, Emily Hoffmann, Alyssa Dreucci, Daniel Cauley and Danielle Smith; his sister Nancy Lyle (James) of McMurray; and his former wife Mary Ann Hoffmann of Zelienople. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Conway Sportsmen's Club.
