He was predeceased by: his parents, John Demchak and Dolores Hootman Demchak. He is survived by: his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Joe Flanigan; his nephews, Sean (Gina Flanigan) and Michael (Jessica Flanigan); and his great-nieces, Caitlin, Chloe, Aubrey and Ava.
