Downey of Harmony, Pennsylvania, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Downey; and his half-brother Charles G. Downey. He is survived by: his mother Ruth E. Downey (Crawford); his wife Julietta M. Downey; and his daughters, Emily E. Downey, Rosalie E. Downey and Charlotte R. Downey.
