It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Moyer (Harmonsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Minerva, Ohio, who passed away on June 30, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burchfield and Nellie Burchfield (Van Meter); her children, Thomas R. Moyer and Rebecca L. Zakostelecky; and her siblings, Violet Black, Russell O'Rourke, Harold Burchfield and John Burchfield.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Moyer (Dick); her sons, Richard D. Moyer (Sydney) of Meadville and James R. Moyer (Kathy) of Linesville; her grandchildren, James Zakostelecky (Becca), Sean Zakostelecky (Tina), Ginger Moyer, Thomas Moyer, David Moyer, Leslie Ferguson (Joe), Samantha Moyer and Lauren Moyer; and her niece Karen Parsons (Bill). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
