He was predeceased by: his son Skylar Michael Horner; his niece Autumn Renee Horner; his grandparents, Dolores, Kenneth Quear, Sr. and Clarence Horner; his uncle Kenneth Quear, Jr.; and his aunt Alesia Kurtz.
He is survived by: his parents, Anna Elizabeth (Quear) and Rodney Lynn Horner, Sr.; his sisters, Kathryn Horner of Meadville, PA, Dolores Tatters (Scott Sr.) of Harmonsburg, PA, Jennifer Merriman (Daniel) of Meadville, PA and Nicole Floyd (Jim) of New Castle, PA; and his grandmother Helen Patterson of Meadville, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and two nephews, many great nieces and nephews along with many aunts and uncles.
