He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. and Lois L. Getz; and his sister Carol Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Cathy Getz; his children, Mark Unger of Meadville, PA, Troy Unger (Carolyn) of Cochranton, PA, Jason Unger of Harmonsburg, PA, Tracey Roush (Roger) of Erie, PA, Marlene Shorey (Mike) of Morresville, NC and Amy Bernonski (Greg Pacansky) of East Springfield; his brothers, James Unger of Adamsville, PA and Charles (Neil); his sister-in-law Brandon Howard of Conneaut Lake, PA.; and also Cheryl Howard of Conneaut Lake, PA.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
