Creachen III of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, born in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J. Creachen, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Kyle T. Creachen; his mother Teresa M. Creachen (late Thomas); his wife Donna J. Creachen (Witts); his pet Scamper; his brothers, Christopher (Heather) and Gregory (Theresa Palmer); his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jr., Layla and Savahna; his sister-in-law Carolynn Strackhouse (Arthur); and his mother-in-law Kathleen M. Witts (late John).
