She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Pilecki (Vance) and Alexander Pilecki. She is survived by: her children, Donald C. Fretz, Jr. of Telford, PA and Sharon A. Koestler (Patrick) of Doylestown, PA; her grandchildren, Aidan and Declan Koestler; and her siblings, Alexander "Bud" Pilecki (late Helen) of Lansdale, PA, James V. Pilecki (Suzanne) of Warrington, PA, John T. Pilecki (Laura) of St. Augustine, FL and Paula J. Pilecki (Marion Weinreb) of Petaluma, CA.. She is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Prior to retiring, Thelma served as Executive Director of the Teleflex Foundation, guiding the philanthropic priorities and activities of the corporation.
