He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Williams-Hartman (Jeffery F. Hartman) of Harleysville, PA; his sisters, Elaine Smoot (Ralph T.) of Camden and Alice Shannon of Wilmington, DE.; his grandchildren, Scott Rossman Williams, Jr. (Hayley Williams) of Shaker Heights, OH, Robert Williams "Will" Hartman and Gail Elice Hartman of Harleysville, PA; and his stepgrandsons, Kalen Paul Hartman of New Market, MD and Jeffery Jake Hartman of Ventura, CA..
