He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Cummins (Depman); and his parents, Russell Cummins and Vera Cummins (Frank). He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Cummins; his children, David Cummins, William Cummins (Margaret), James Cummins (Catherine), Mark Cummins (Sharon) and Mitzi Conn; and his stepdaughters, Celeste Steich and Amy Fanizzi. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
