He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip C., Sr. and Florence Fermier (King); and his sisters, Marilyn Fermier, Jean McAndrews and Ruth Streckenbein.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Fermier (Matthews); his sons, Philip, III of Reading, David Barry (Sylvia) of Bedminster and Alan Matthew (Connie) of Columbus, OH.; and his grandchildren, David, Jr., Adam M., Jason, Alison, Tom and Andrew.
