He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Quirk and Margaret Quirk (Egan); and his siblings, Harry, Patricia, John, Frank and Edward.
He is survived by: his children, Paul F. Jr. (Carol), Robert, Carol Peacock (Parker), Richard (Heather), Karl, Janice Godshall (Michael) and Jennifer Shaffer; his siblings, Joseph (Joanne) and Margaret Cymerman; and his grandchildren, Colleen, Sherri, Melissa, Ryan, Emily, Nicole, Jacqueline, Sean, Kelsie, Colin, Cara, Eleanore, Nate, Caleb, Hannah, Kyle, Matthew and Lydia. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
