She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth B. Cooter, Sr.; and her parents, Jasper George Shivler and Willette Electra Anderson. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Cooter of Emmus, PA and Chris Cooter of Warminster, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
