He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Alderfer and Elizabeth Alderfer (Young); and his sister Shirley Alderfer. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Lee (Weidman); his sons, Todd A. Alderfer (Terry) of Gilbertsville, PA, Thomas M. Alderfer (Marci) of Macungie, PA and Jamie L. Alderfer (Cindy) of Barto, PA; and his siblings, Ferrill Alderfer of Lumberton, NJ, Arlene Alderfer of Souderton, PA, Lori McCright of Montgomery, TX, Wilmer Alderfer (Lois) of Perkasie, PA and Linda Welty (Merritt) of Boise Idaho. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
