Bolton (Nancy) of Mequon, Michael Bolton (Jessica) of Warrington and David Bolton (Mary Catherine) of Doylestown; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Patrick, Evan, Laine, Andrew, Marisa, Lexi, Rebekah, Daniel, Stephen and Elizabeth; and her great grandchild Joslyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
