It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margery M. VanOmmeren of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Willard VanOmmeren; her parents, Joseph R. Boorse and Marion S. Boorse (Worthington); and her grandson Daniel. She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Kristene) of Highlandville, Missouri and James (Catharine) of Fogelsville; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Andrew, Elizabeth, Gregory and Sharon. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.

“What a beautiful women in Christ. Marge was a long time friend of the Nase family, when she was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church, she was Sunday School teacher to Don and then our daughter Amy. As time moved on, both of our families met up again at Leidy's church and then Marge became a member of Don's small group. We always enjoyed sharing memories of the past with Marge and hearing about her family . Our deepest condolences to the family, she will truly be missed.”
