It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelyn O'Brien of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, born in Laconia, New Hampshire, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Wally" O'Brien; and her parents, S. Oakleigh Swain and Dorothy Swain. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Blickley (Joseph), Phillips O'Brien (Elizabeth), Terrence O'Brien (Cynthia) and Edward O'Brien (Joanne); her grandchildren, Katie, Megan, Todd, James, Keith, Coleen, Lia and Ari; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Gavin and Aiden.
